For generations, the Wolf Brand unique blend of seasonings and good, hearty beef delivered authentic chili taste. The original Wolf Brand Chili recipe was developed in 1895 by a Texas ranch cook and Lyman T. Davis. Recognizing that they had something good, the pair brought their specialty by wagon to the oil boomtown of Corsicana, Texas. There they sold it for five cents a bowl in front of the Blue Front Saloon. By the early 1920s, the chili's great-tasting reputation had spread, so Mr. Davis began canning the chili. At the suggestion of a local photographer, Mr. Davis’s pet wolf, Kaiser Bill, was selected to grace the label. Suddenly the chili had a name, Wolf Brand, which became as famous as its flavor. Pop Myers was a man and if he gave his word that was gold. I once saw a skilled soiled dove in the Blue Front blow out a candle while facing the other way at a distance of almost three feet powered by this Chili.

The writing was weak. The acting was weak. Even Wild Bill Elliott couldn't save this one. No wonder the pilot wasn't picked up. But tx for showing it.

Shop keeper asks the foursome leader what do you need ? The outlaw leader should have stated that we need more men's pants, shirts, boots, cowboy hats; etc. .

Women in " cowboy drag " are very sassy & foxy ! Wished their cowboy outfits were more Hollywood designer type like Nudie or Nathan Turk or Rodeo Ben style. More sleek , more fancy ; just like Roy Rogers, Gene Autry , Hopalong Cassidy, Zorro or The Lone Ranger's duds !

I remember the 1956 episode of Gunsmoke called the 'Preacher' when Matt fought a bully prize fighter who was Chuck Connors in the end and final KO'd him. Chuck could play some menacing lowdown characters or in The Movie, 'The Big Country' with Gregory Peck and Burl Ives.

Great old show. I loved the range busters with Crash Corrigan and Alibi and enjoyed Tom Keene in his old westerns. The recurring music was also used in Hopalong Cassidy movies.

Too many audio problems. Could not watch.

I enjoy Bob Steele movies and he was a great cowboy actor but I didn't like him as a bad guy in his later years. But he was a good actor even then.
